Happy hour menu

Whether you are looking for a place to get a quick drink or a place to meet up with friends, there are several places in Las Vegas that have great happy hour menus. From a bar on the Strip to a wine bar in the Downtown Summerlin, you are sure to find a drink menu that fits your needs.

T-Bones Chophouse & Lounge is a steakhouse and cocktail bar with an outdoor patio. You can order from their extensive menu and enjoy live music. During happy hour, you will find many items on the menu at half price. Besides steak, T-Bones offers other seafood options, as well as buttermilk fried chicken.

Wagyu

Whether you’re new to the steakhouse or a long time veteran, T-bones Las Vegas offers a variety of premium Wagyu and other beef cuts. Their menu features USDA Prime cuts as well as grass-fed bison, Alaska King Crab, and Dover Sole. They also have an impressive wine list and offer handcrafted cocktails.

The most important thing to know about Wagyu is its marbling. This is a spider web of thin veins that appear on the meat, a result of its superior fat content. It’s also known for its rich flavor.

When shopping for Wagyu, you should keep in mind that most of the cattle have been crossbred. They are also raised on special diets, which ensure the beef’s muscle content.

Prime rib

Whether you’re in Vegas to eat or just to hang out, T-bones is one of the best chophouses in Las Vegas. The restaurant serves USDA prime dry-aged beef and chops. T-Bones has a lively bar scene and gorgeous pool views. It’s also open on Sundays from 5 PM to 10 PM.

T-Bones is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 5 PM to 11 PM. The restaurant also offers a happy hour menu on Monday through Thursday from 5 PM to 9 PM. T-Bones serves up its usual cuts, but also offers wagyu steaks, and Niman steaks.

T-Bones offers its prime rib in 16-, 20-, 24-, or 30-ounce portions. A 24-ounce cut costs about $32, while a 30-ounce cut is $45. There is a special off-strip version of Lawry’s The Prime Rib that costs $51 per person.
