Kuro
At the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Kuro is a contemporary Japanese restaurant that showcases traditional and imported ingredients from Japan. Led by Creative Culinary Director Alex Becker, their menu items boast bold flavors that are balanced and harmonious.
